MSqnet STA software is a great solution for managing jobs. Able to communicate with the CLP of the
production line, it also has an intuitive visual interface with sequence visualization in the tightening process, tightening status, and operation image. The workflow is fully configurable for managing one or more tools, covering many different types of models and manufacturers available on the world market. It has one of the main communication protocols in the market, besides access control with a high level of security, via user and password, through a biometric reader, or even with approximation. The results storage is kept locally in the PC or HMI database of the workstation, allowing the generation of reports that can be exported to Excel.
