Liberty nutrunner
A new line of nutrunners is born as an option to the strong demand for quality, productivity and return on investment in production processes.
In its structure, details such as engine, gears, drive and communication means were carefully developed so that we have:
- One of the best power-to-weight tightening tools;
- Low noise level and high durability in the gear set;
- High performance engines;
- High reliability in data conversion and transfers;
- Drives without mechanical contact, considerably increasing the useful life of electrical and electronic components;
- A single handle for the entire line;

Liberty controllers are user-friendly solutions for operators, programmers, and integrators.
Its web platform does not require installation of applications for parameterization, tightening collection, torque curves and general status.
Its touch-sensitive interface and layout allow for quick and easy interaction between users.
We use the most modern quality standards for electronic equipment.

Liberty Software
Our system has two accesses to parameterization, the first via the web and the second via the controller’s screen, both developed to make the experience of parameterizing and collecting results very fast and intuitive.
Our web standard, with a responsive design, allows for easy reading and navigation, both on a PC and on mobile devices.
Intuitively, trained technicians can parameterize tightening strategies, collect tightening results and statistics and establish communication with different types of industrial protocols, via serial and/or ethernet.
