Transducerized pulse wrench for industrial assembly with precise torque and angle control. Ideal for automotive lines and steel structures. Reaction-free operation ensures ergonomics and traceability. Adjustable torque from 7 to 60 Nm, speed up to 1,200 RPM, 18V Li-ion power supply.
YOKOTA pulse wrenches are widely used for tightening work in the assembly industry where precise torque tolerances are required. Pulse tools are lightweight, powerful, compact and, most importantly, reaction-free. Product liability is essential for automotive manufacturers. All tightened joints must be correct. For this reason, bolted joints must be documented and tightened with the correct clamping force. For this, you need a pulse wrench (with an integrated torque transducer and angle encoder on the main shaft) connected to a controller. If the controller determines that the tightened joints do not meet the specifications, it can issue a line stop signal and the joints can be checked manually.
