Advanced solutions for industrial systems, these modular quick couplings with anti-leak technology ensure precise and secure connections in low-pressure fluid or vacuum applications. Ideal for thermal management, liquid cooling, and fluid control processes, they deliver high operational reliability and superior performance even under severe temperature and pressure conditions. Their robust construction in AISI 316 stainless steel or nickel-plated brass provides corrosion resistance and compatibility with a wide range of industrial fluids. The modular design allows broad adaptability, while color coding prevents incorrect connections, promoting safety and efficiency in production lines, assembly, and maintenance of critical industrial systems.
Non-Drip Line Quick Couplings — Leak-Free Couplings for Low-Pressure Fluid Systems or Vacuum Applications.
Thermal management requires quick couplings that combine full reliability and safety, ease of use, and high flow capacity for effective cooling processes. The Non-Drip is a modular, spill-free quick coupling — easy to operate and adaptable to virtually any application — making it ideal for liquid cooling systems in electronics.
The Non-Drip series comprises quick couplings and nipples designed for low-pressure fluid applications. The coupling's dry-break feature is 100% functional and leak-tested during the production process to ensure a reliable coupling for liquid cooling.
The Non-Drip series is available in two material versions: nickel-plated brass and corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 316. It is suitable for connecting all types of fluids, including cold or hot water, dielectric fluids, glycols, and mineral or synthetic heat-transfer oils. This quick coupling line is available in three configurations: double shut-off, single shut-off, and straight-through (free-flow).
Color-coded identification rings on couplings and nipples reduce the risk of cross-connection between lines. Color coding is available as an option for the Non-Drip series. A keyed coding system is also available, making it physically impossible to connect a coupling to a nipple of a different code — an effective feature in applications with multiple fluid lines and connections.
