MFC-B060 Control Panel for HFC3000II Nutrunners – Dai-Ichi

The MFC-B060 is a high-performance control panel designed to operate with the HFC3000II electric nutrunner, forming a compact, rugged and high-precision solution for industrial fastening applications.

The HFC3000II tool uses a resolver-based servo motor with excellent durability and response. It features torque/angle control, an integrated gyroscope for motion detection and programmable sequence, ensuring productivity with ergonomics and safety.

The MFC-B060 panel enables:

• Control of up to 64 configurable parameters;
• Fieldbus communication (CC-Link, DeviceNet, Ethernet/IP, PROFINET IO and others);
• Storage of up to 12,000 tightening cycles, 500 failures and 100 monitoring curves;
• Ethernet interface for PC supervision software;
• Optional CF card slot with capacity for up to 1.8 million records;
• Standard digital input and output (12 inputs / 12 outputs);
• Real-time monitoring of torque, angle, time and final rotation;
• Diagnostics and indication with LED and audible signal;
• Compatible with CFT and NFT tools up to 25 meters of cable length.
