The CEJN ADX Series is a flat-face hydraulic quick coupling with automatic connection, manufactured specifically for custom automatic coupling solutions. It is the ideal solution for engineers designing their own automated hydraulic connections for excavator quick couplers, tractor implements, wheel loader implements, or other mobile hydraulic applications. The ADX is a true heavy-duty coupling that can be connected under system pressure and is extremely resilient to flow overloads. The ADX design accommodates different mounting configurations and mechanical solutions in automatic multi-plate systems. The flexible mounting provides tolerance for some misalignment during the connection phase, as the couplings will self-align. The ADX is manufactured from high-alloy steel with a zinc-nickel surface treatment for a long service life under the most adverse conditions.
