Filter and regulator consolidated into a single assembly (CFDR100); visual-feed lubricator (L28D); shut-off valve (V35).

Modular or in-line mounting.

Polyethylene filter element rated at 5 µm; optional sintered bronze elements.

Zinc bowls with transparent nylon sight glass or polycarbonate plastic bowls with steel shatter guard.

Internal automatic filter drain; optional manual drain, internal float drain or external Hydro-Jector drain.

Self-relieving diaphragm-type regulator; non-relieving optional.

Pressure gauge.

NPTF port threads; optional BSPP threads.

1 – Filters: Pressure drop of 0.35 bar when 6.9 bar is supplied. Working pressure of 10.3 bar at 51.7°C with polycarbonate reservoir and 13.8 bar at 79°C with metal-shielded reservoir (optional item; add prefix B to the filter or assembly code). All filters have automatic drains and 5 micron filter elements.

Sintered bronze filter elements in 5, 20 and 40 microns are optional. High-flow 1 1/4”, 1 1/2” and 2” filters are also available (up to 448.34 ℓ/s);

2 – Pressure Regulators: All regulators have adjustment with removable lock. The pressures above are specified at 79°C. High-precision models with 0.2 bar adjustment and 0.034 bar repeatability are available on request for Sentry Modular, Guardsman, Vanguard Modular and Vanguard High Capacity. High-capacity models (1 1/4”, 1 1/2” and 2”) with externally piloted pressure regulation are also available;

3 – Lubricators: The Sentry Modular series uses an oil feed system through a sintered bronze tube, while the others use a pressure-differential tube feed system. Working pressure of 10.3 bar at 51.7°C / polycarbonate reservoirs of 13.8 bar at 79°C / metal-shielded reservoir (Guardsman and Vanguard series);

4 – Pressure Gauges: All assemblies include a pressure gauge.
