Oil is carried to the inlet of the equipment to be lubricated through a capillary tube, ensuring that the oil and air do not mix and preventing oil impregnation on the walls of the air supply hose, which generally occurs in conventional systems.

Operating principle

Serv-Oil consists of four assemblies:

Flow valve.

A sensing disc sends a pneumatic signal to the oil injector when the equipment is actuated.

Pulse counter.

Located below the flow valve, it controls the operating frequency of the injector, which can be every cycle, every five cycles or every ten cycles.

Oil reservoir.

Because it is not pressurized, refilling can be performed quickly and at any time. Serv-Oil can be supplied without the reservoir and fed by a central reservoir.

Oil injector.

Pressures of at least 4 bar provide an accurate quantity of oil injection at a designated point. Each injection can be adjusted from 1/100 of a drop up to 2 drops.
