Rapid Data Collection System – Torque Tracer – Makita

Makita Torque Tracer wireless tightening data collection system.

This system transmits multiple tightening data points from a Makita tool, allowing them to be saved on a PC through the Makita RCV02 receiver.

Tightening data can be temporarily saved in the tool when the connection is lost. More than 9 tightening operations can be saved.

Transmission

Transmission is performed via Bluetooth.

The following data can be transmitted:

• Number of OK tightening processes;
• Torque value (BFT014R model does not transmit this data);
• Tightening angle (BFT014R model does not transmit this data);
• Tool ID;
• Error code.

Receiver

The system used for one-to-one connection between the tool and the receiver includes:

• Terminal output for OK/NOK analysis of each tightening operation and tightening count;
• Terminal input for restarting the tightening process.

PC

Software installation on the PC is performed using a CD supplied with the system.

The interface can be established between the user and the tool by enabling the program and tool monitor on the PC.

Easy operation

Because there is no cable, the tool can be operated freely at a distance of up to 10 meters from the receiver.
