Phoenix III Smart Torque-and-Angle Transducerized Wrench is a smart torque-and-angle wrench developed by M. Shimizu for production, quality control, and laboratory applications. It combines high accuracy, practical operation, and advanced connectivity for processes that require traceability, data collection, and strict control of fastening results.

The wrench supports multiple tightening and inspection strategies, including torque/angle, torque/time, residual torque measurement, and real-time peak torque. Its carbon fiber shaft provides a lightweight and durable structure, especially in models above 200 Nm, helping improve handling and reduce operator fatigue.

With 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi connectivity, optional Bluetooth, and TLS-secured communication, Phoenix III integrates with operator guidance systems, traceability platforms, residual torque control, and SPC systems. This makes data collection easier while supporting secure communication in connected production environments.
