Angle torque-controlled tool with data collection and visual and audible feedback for industrial assembly.
The DDK HFT Series of angle electronic nutrunners was developed for industrial applications that require high performance, precision and reliability in torque and angle control. Equipped with a miniaturized permanent-magnet motor resistant to dust and oil, this tool provides extended service life and continuous operation.
With an integrated signal amplifier and TOOL-ID system, it ensures high accuracy in torque measurement. Real-time verification of parameters such as torque, angle, torque rate and time ensures fastening process quality. Fastening confirmation is provided through visual (LED) and audible signals, optimizing operation on assembly lines.
In addition, the tool stores up to 12,000 fastening cycles, 100 curves and 500 anomaly records, with the possibility of expansion via Compact Flash card to up to 1.8 million records (optional module). The models cover a wide torque range from 15 to 300 Nm, with square drive options from 3/8” to 3/4”.
Ideal for production lines in the automotive, truck, agricultural machinery and home appliance sectors, this solution integrates easily with monitoring and data collection systems supplied by M. Shimizu.
