By integrating a load cell into each model, high-precision pressing adjustment control is available (using a closed-loop method). Up to 32 pressing profile parameters can be set, enabling flexible processing according to a variety of assembly parts. The software for configuring pressing parameters is highly accessible, ensuring easy operation through its setting screens. Various data, such as load data, ranges and pressing curves, are easily controlled. The compact body, equivalent to a 3.5 MPa hydraulic cylinder, saves space in your setup design.
Capable of high-precision pressing operations and incorporating the latest RISC-CPU in its control unit, fully digital operation enables faster load value sampling (1 ms or less), achieving repeated positioning accuracy of ± 0.01 mm.
In addition, integration with an intelligent electronic identification system mounted on the load-cell preamplifier unit enables higher-quality and higher-precision pressing operations.
Various settings, such as load or distance, result data and analysis data, are Windows®-oriented, helping operators with comfortable and effective handling. The drive source is directly electric, not hydraulic or pneumatic, an energy-saving feature that can contribute to the Earth’s sustainable future environment.
Using digital servomotors, it is possible to freely control press speed, improving productivity in your factories. Up to 32 types of pressing data can be stored in a battery-free backup system, which can be connected to a multifunction system.
