The self-adjusting timer function determines the time required to complete tightening of each screw and reflects this information in the time evaluation setting.

• Count Return Function: when a screw is loosened, a signal from the electric screwdriver reduces the count by one unit;

• The Count Correction function does not treat screws that are not fully threaded, as well as double tightening, as an operation error;
• External Count Function: available for various assembly operations, the DLR5640 counter enables counting of two types of parts (up to 9 counts for each) in addition to the screw tightening count. These count types can be used together;
• “Link” Connection Function: enables a tightening sequence to be created by connecting DLR5640 fastening counters in series, without the need to use an external programmable controller;
